First they got issues with delivering/logistic and have a long time arrival for the parcel (over 2 months).
Now I lost over 114$ because the courier told me at the telephone that the local customs declined the parcel and will send back to seller.
They told me they would not accepting it due logicstics coming not direct from singapore but from france.
I emailed the seller and the told me the customs has declined the parcel because of unpaid import taxes. What the hell i got no notice from the customs nor courier.
I asked the seller for refund but instead they offered me a new delivery but i have to cover the new additionall shipping cost from around 35$.
This is bringing me nothing if the customs will declined the parcels again without giving any reason/notice to me.
Feeling i got scammed. I regret that i have not order over paypal to get my money back back because the seller won‘t cancel my order and give not my money back.
